WE'VE always been encouraged not to take past baggage into new relationships, but sometimes letting go of the baggage is hard, especially if the past relationships ended with unresolved questions. Some more mature persons resort to having exit interviews with their ex spouses, where they can glean information about what went wrong, and what they can work on so they don't enter new relationships with the same baggage. It's in these last set of talks that true feelings can come to the fore, and if the ex is totally honest, it can be a revealing and enlightening...
